Good condition, pin holes near the corners and the centre of the top and bottom edges, 2cm tear in the centre of the bottom edge, half cm tear on the left and right side edges, the top left corner has a crease, some very mild foxing in the top border, some surface creases, some wear to the folds, please zoom in to photos for details of condition. Has been stored folded will be posted folded in a plastic sleeve in a cardboard backed envelope with extra cardboard for protection.
