Original Vtg - Bell Book & Candle - UK Quad - 1958 - 30"x40". Always regarded one of the 1950's best Hollywood adaptations of a highly successful Broadway Comedy-Romance.

Which was made more stylish by the inclusion of a young. Kim Novak & James Stewart. With some gentle digs at the pretensions of the Beatnik youth cult in full swing in Greenwich Village at the time. This is a pretty rare example of the UK Quad version of the US Poster.

Which, as a format arguably works a lot more successfully with its 50s slightly cartoon-style artwork. It was acquired in the early-90s; and has been kept carefully, rolled in a poster tube - in cool, dry, dark conditions ever-since. The 2 small brown ink squares occurred during the printing process - and simply look like part of the design, and in my view don't detract from the poster's quality at all. In the Mid-90s I collected Vintage Movie Posters: And all being offered here have been carefully stored, in poster tubes in cool, dry clean conditions since.
