ALIEN / THE FOG (1979/1980) original U. Rare early 1980s double-bill release.

Nominal quad size of 30 x 40 inches. Condition - overall very good.

Some minor some surface-creasing in places. Approx 3mm fold separation left-hand side bottom fold border-edge.

On its initial release in 1980 The Fog was rated at AA (14 and over). The BBFC changed their ratings system in 1982, so there may have been some confusion as what to rate this film in a double-bill by the printers or cinema, as I have seen other examples of this poster with the same'X' blacked-out. I have taken several photos so that all areas of the poster can be viewed in detail.

For rolled posters I use extra strong A0 tubes with 2.5 mm thick walls. Posters will be wrapped and gently packed at each end of the tube to prevent movement.

Folded posters and lobby cards etc will be put into clear sleeves and placed between thick strong card which will produce a good, solid envelope/parcel thickness of approx 20-25mm to prevent bending.
