Condition report: good overall condition, no pin holes, stain near the right corner on the bottom edge, 1cm tear in the middle of the right side edge and at the top of the left vertical fold, sellotape residue the top left and right corners, small creases in the corners, small hole where the left folds meet, some surface creases, some wear to the folds, please zoom in to photos for details of condition. Has been stored folded will be posted folded in a protective sleeve in a cardboard mailer with extra cardboard for protection.
